From the time she was very young, Robyn was drawn to alternative healing and different spiritualities, believing even as a child that they all held a universal truth to them. Frustrated with conventional medicine, Robyn sought out alternative solutions for her own health as well as that of her family.

At the suggestion of her good friend and soon-to-be teacher, Terryann Nikides, Robyn took her first degree of Reiki in the spring of 2004, which was quickly followed by her second degree.

In the summer of 2005 Robyn opened her own clinic, Montreal Reiki, for the first time and fell completely in love with the experience of giving Reiki treatments to others. Since then, she has worked in other people's clinics, at spas, and now works from a beautiful clinic in her own home.

Robyn achieved her Reiki Mastery (third degree) from the Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage in October of 2007 and immediately dove into teaching Reiki to others. Robyn's future plans are to help grow a stronger base of Reiki practitioners within Montreal by hosting Reiki sharing sessions, as well as Q&A evenings so as to help those seeking to do Reiki on others can grow in experience and style.
